Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to identify talented and motivated candidates who are ready to build a successful career in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
Online Aptitude Test
Once the applicants are shortlisted, the first step is to undergo an online aptitude assessment.
The test consists of Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness sections to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interview (Face-to-Face)
Candidates who successfully clear the aptitude test are invited for a personal interview.
The interview assesses communication skills, confidence, personality, career aspirations, and overall suitability for a professional banking career.
Program Structure
Our industry-focused training program is designed to equip candidates with practical banking knowledge, professional skills, and real-world exposure required for a successful career in the BFSI sector.
Program Duration
2 Months Classroom Training with practical industry-oriented learning and banking skill development.
Stipend During Training
A stipend of ₹18,000 Per Month will be provided during the training programme.
Starting Salary (CTC)
₹5.00 Lakh – ₹5.50 Lakh*
